Cultivating Brand Identity through Corporate Culture: The Story of ENOUVO
Think about it. Have you ever encountered a company where the employees treat each other like family members? Where creativity bursts from every corner, and tackling challenges feels like an exciting adventure? That’s the environment we’re cultivating at ENOUVO and the foundation of our brand identity.
I believe that when people feel valued and inspired, they do their best work, and that energy translates into everything we do, from the projects we take on to the relationships we build. And corporate culture is the heartbeat of our brand. It shapes our interactions with employees, clients, and the wider community. It’s the driving force behind our decisions, actions, and the experiences we create.
The Corporate Culture of ENOUVO
Product validation refers to verifying and testing a product or an idea to ensure that it meets the needs and expectations of the target market. It is a critical step in the product development lifecycle that helps validate assumptions, minimize risks, and increase the chances of success.
The goal of product validation is to gather feedback and data from potential users to determine if the product solves a real problem. By validating the product early on, businesses can make informed decisions, refine their offering, and avoid wasting resources on developing a product that may not resonate with the intended audience.
From day one, I and my co-founder, Mr. Pham Si Nguyen shared a vision for ENOUVO: to craft impactful solutions that enhance the quality of life and enrich communities. At that time, my heart was set on making positive change in my homeland. Then we decided to leave Australia, where we had invested years in study and work, and return to Vietnam.
Those early days were filled with the energy of passionate team members, all united by a shared ambition. We were a small group, fueled by big dreams and a resolute desire to make a difference. Looking back, it’s the fire in the eyes of that young team that continues to inspire us today.
As time passed, we began to see our initial aspirations take shape, and we were beyond proud to be recognized as a “typical company of building software and applications serving the city” by Da Nang Newspaper.
However, there was still much more to come on our journey. In 2017, ENOUVO launched the “Comfort as Home” application, helping users find locations of free public toilets in Da Nang. After being deployed in the Hai Chau district, this application received much positive feedback. In 2019, ENOUVO continued to launch the Kuuho application to report incidents in the city.”
During our journey, we have had the pleasure of crossing paths with numerous partners and clients who have wholeheartedly supported us.
One such remarkable individual is Dines, Founder of Black Orchid, Canada, who has collaborated with us and shared his fascinating experiences with ENOUVO along the way: “I was pleasantly surprised to find that most of the team at ENOUVO are young people, they work very professionally and efficiently. I just need to express my ideas, and they quickly come up with solutions. I have worked on many projects with ENOUVO, and I am sure that I will continue to collaborate with these young talents here in the future”.
These encouraging words have motivate us to maintain our efforts. We’re a team of youthful, innovative individuals with a genuine love for our work, and it’s this enthusiasm that truly sets ENOUVO apart.

Surviving the “Covid storm”
From 2015 to 2019, ENOUVO’s revenue grew by 100% each year. In 2020, the Covid epidemic had a significant impact, but no employees were laid off, and restructuring was carried out to ensure that everyone had a job. The results of 2020 still grew by 16% compared to 2019. In 2021, revenue increased by a record 120% compared to 2020.
After over 12 years of development, ENOUVO has served over 100 clients in more than 15 countries, with over 200 projects. The ENOUVO Group ecosystem includes:
- Enouvo IT Solutions: A Software Development Consulting company providing consulting services to customers in markets such as Australia, Canada, the United States, Singapore, France, etc., and developing technology solutions on web or mobile app platforms, helping businesses digitize or develop outstanding new ideas.

As a Founder of ENOUVO, there have been many times when I wanted to give up, felt lonely, and felt scared. But now I can confidently say that thanks to those fears, I have come to understand the importance of the people by my side. The right people have helped me overcome countless fears, trying every day to build and nurture the dream of a soaring ENOUVO even higher and farther. I have great faith in the people who are accompanying me, the things we are building together, and the values we are pursuing!

ENOUVO Story at The Plato Talk
On July 30, 2022, I had the privilege of being a speaker at the Plato Talk event, centered around the theme of “Integrating Culture and Brand.” It was an incredible opportunity for me to share the journey of brand development through the corporate culture of ENOUVO.
This topic is fascinating and crucial to consider. When a company starts, its culture often unintentionally reflects the founders’ values and beliefs. As the team grows, this culture evolves, shaping the work environment and even becoming the company’s “heartbeat.” You can practically feel an organization’s culture, reflected in how others perceive it, how employees experience it, and most importantly, whether everyone understands and contributes to building it together.
Defining your culture clearly is a key step towards success. When everyone, from new hires to veterans, can easily understand the company’s aspirations and the culture it fosters, that’s a win. Maintaining this culture as the company grows is a whole other story, and perhaps something I’ll need to explore further in the future.
For now, I’m proud that ENOUVO is on the right track with our “happy family” culture, built on a foundation of kindness. Every family has its unique way of living and working together, so defining your desired “family dynamic” is crucial when building a business culture. This means determining how people will interact with each other, operate within the company, and so on, all guided by the core values you want to instill in your “family.”
The future challenge lies in maintaining this culture as ENOUVO expands. Will we be a collection of smaller subfamilies with the same core values, or will we need to adapt as we grow? My personal preference is definitely the former: maintaining our current culture while facilitating ENOUVO’s continued development. It seems challenging, but tackling complex problems is what excites me! And through these sharing experiences, I learn so much valuable information.
